A short, plain-English summary of how we handle data on Wild Pitch Camp.

What we collect directly

The site itself collects almost nothing. We do not require accounts, we do not run our own analytics tracker, and we do not place first-party cookies for tracking. Our server logs include standard request metadata (timestamp, IP address, requested path, user-agent string) which we retain for a short period to debug operational issues, then discard.

Advertising

We display ads served by Google AdSense to fund the site. AdSense may set cookies and use device identifiers to serve relevant ads, subject to Google's own privacy policy. You can manage personalized advertising preferences via Google's Ads Settings or by using a browser-level ad-personalization control.

What we do not do

We do not sell any user data. We do not run third-party analytics beyond what is necessary for ad serving. We do not embed social-media pixels or marketing trackers. If we ever change any of this, we'll update this page and date the change.

Children

This site is a general-audience editorial directory and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
